Please read this cancellation and refund policy carefully before using this site.

Thank you for choosing Horizon eLearning. We strive to deliver high-quality courses that meet our learners’ expectations. We work relentlessly to satisfy everyone who is interested in eLearning. We are confident that our products meet the standard that users are looking for.
However, despite the fact that we take great pride in the service that we give, it is possible that you may remain dissatisfied. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below, as it governs all purchases of courses on our site – www.horizonelearning.com.
Definitions and Interpretation
In these acceptable use policy, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:

“Content” - means all text, information, data, software, executable code, images, audio or video material in whatever medium or form contained in the courses and within our site for the provision of them. 
- 
“We/Us/Our” - means Horizon eLearning. 
- 
“You/Your” - means the customer. 
- 
“Our Site” - means www.horizonelearning.com. 
Non-monetary refund policy
Horizon eLearning maintains a strict non-monetary refund policy for all courses and therefore we are unable to provide refunds for any reason due to the non-returnable nature of digital products. Upon purchase, course access is immediate and consumable. Also given the digital nature of content, it is easy to access and replicate the course content, making it difficult to control distribution if refunds were allowed. However, we are pleased to offer course transfer as a substitute for refund in select circumstances as outlined below.
Course transfer eligibility
In the unlikely event that you are unable to proceed with the purchased course or wish to enroll in a different course, we offer a one-time transfer option. To initiate this, please submit a request within 24 hours of purchase. Transfer eligibility is contingent on the following criteria:

Course change or upgrade: - 
If you wish to switch to another course, Horizon eLearning will provide a voucher for the value of the originally purchased course. 
- 
If the new course is higher in price you will need to pay the price difference through one of our accepted payment methods. 
- 
If the new course is lower in price a voucher for the price difference will be issued for future use on the platform. 
 
-

Course type correction: - 
In cases where a course was mistakenly purchased, we will facilitate a transfer to the correct course format.

How to Request a Course Transfer
To request a course transfer, please follow these steps:
- 
Email Us: Send an email to support@horizonelearning.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Include the email address and phone number associated with your Horizon eLearning account, along with details of the course you wish to transfer from and the course you wish to transfer to. 
- 
Complete the transfer request form: upon receiving your email, our support representative will send you the transfer request form for you to complete the transfer request. Accurate completion of this form is necessary to process your request. 
Transfer requests terms and conditions
- 
Time limitation: requests received after the 24-hour transfer request window from the time of purchase will not be eligible for consideration. 
- 
Content usage limitation: if you have accessed any resources of the course before the transfer request, the request will not be valid. 
- 
Course completion: If you have completed the course and marked as such on our platform, transfer request will not be valid. 
- 
Certificate earned: If you have already earned your course certificate within the 24 hour transfer request window, request will not be valid. 
Additional terms
All transfers will be processed within 14 business days upon confirmation. Horizon eLearning will communicate the transfer status and any additional payment requirements through email.
